What's this train?

Hey,

Does anyone know what car/train has been retrofitted in the picture at the bottom right of this page. At first it looks like a Schwartzkopf train, but I'm not sure. Can anyone else make a guess?

They look like the trains off Tower of Terror (Gold Reef City, SOuth Africa) in a way. But i actually don't know. You could probably e-mail them asking what it was.
