Sensation LostIs it just me or after a while does that sensation of being scared to death of the ride in the queue and having the butterfly sensation on drops?
This has sadly happened to me (say arrrhhh)
The exception being the Big One, Revolution and Velocity, which still provide the butterflies.
Happened to anyone else?

Yeah, Revolution to a lesser extent but walking 50ft up thoise steps still makes me shiver... I love it

Mr. Splash

Yeah when the ride exits the launch and the station vibrates. Thats so cool.

it hasnt happened to me, dont know why, maybe its because i havent personaly been on an inverting coaster
Mr. Splash
Its got nothing to do with inverting coasters. We're talking about if you get butterflies still after riding many coasters.

Wow, never realised there was some use in riding coasterrs 1nce a year!

What if you live an hour from the park or you don't have the cash to go there every week?
Mr. Splash
Well if I lived near Blackpool I'd be saving up for a wristband constantly, so Oz is right there, less is more

I assumed Oz was saying
"I didn't know some people only rode coasters once a year"
I was saying that maybe some of us can't get to theme parks that many times.
Mr. Splash
No Oz was saying the opposite as Australia has a lack of theme parks.
luke_manc
Has it?
Dang, you learn something new every day, don't you?
Mr. Splash
Yeah. I think there are about 3 major parks over in Oz and a few Luna Parks, but Oz Boy can quote me on that one.

^ Very good dan. You get an A.
Luke, you get a D-. Do your Research.
luke_manc
I would do my research if I was as much of a geek as the rest of you but as a lowly appreciator of Roller Coasters, I'll give it a miss thanks.
oz boy
^ Fair enough.
Mr. Splash

I have another exception. Hurakan Condor. Its really wierd the ride isn't bad at all but for some reason I always convince myslef in the queue it is???
